Business Development – Sales

Role Summary

Integet is a multidisciplinary web-based solution company offering packaged products across web site design, development to fully functional e-commerce solutions for small to medium-size businesses. Integet offers solutions ranging from small, medium to large online applications with a unique mix of add-on modules for businesses to scale up or customize the packaged solution.

Integet is looking for a high influential Sales Executive on sales commission bases with existing digital and technology networks to drive new client acquisitions for the company products. The ideal candidate will have experience selling web-based solutions to small and medium businesses. This role will sell to valued customers, generate new business.

The sales commission and performance will be evaluated based on achieving revenue and new business targets. This role will be expected to maintaining and strengthening the relationship throughout the year to develop an understanding of the customers’ needs and promote online solutions offered by Integet. This role will understand the customers’ needs and articulate a compelling value proposition as part of the sale.


  • Deliver on monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Promote and sell our e-Commerce packages
  • Prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities
  • Grow company revenue by building client trust in our services and capabilities
  • Manage the customer effectively and ensure up and cross-sell opportunities
  • Achieve realistic sales targets and business goals by establishing priorities, milestones, and actions
  • Coordinate our team-based approach to sales working with Leadership, Account Management, Design, and Development to acquire new clients and grow/retain existing clients
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts
  • Maintain sales records, all leads and sales entries into integet sales/finance systems


Identify strategies to target new & high-value accounts in specific industries, particularly Food & Hotel and can be opened to other industries
Work closely with Marketing to develop product pipeline and technology offerings for client growth and drive sales


  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in the digital or technology services industries with responsibility for revenue generation is required
  • Experience selling e-Commerce solutions is a BIG PLUS
  • Initiative, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to meet sales target set forth
  • Passionate towards digital sales, dedicate to achieve personal sales target
  • Confident, aggressive, outgoingFluent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Web-based communication and project management tools like MS Teams, Confluence and similar

Salary Commission-based

15% commission per sale with a minimum of 48 sales per year target.
7% paid upon contract signing with the client. 8% paid in 90 days after the project maturity
Possibility to negotiate base salary + commission after 6 months while meeting the targets
